Terms of Sales


Important information:

The User is requested to read these terms of sales before placing an order! If he is under 18, he must clearly have the permission of a parent or guardian to order and / or make payment for that order.

The merchant site https://elyzoe.com/ (hereinafter called the "Site") is an e-commerce site accessible via the Internet, open to all users of the network (hereinafter referred to as "customer"). It belongs to Vincenzo Miceli, (herinafter refferred to as Elyzoé) registered office Place Adolphe Dupont 20B, 1480 Tubize, BELGIUM - VAT n° BE0672.720.140.

Article 1.Purpose

The terms of sales described below detail the rights and obligations of Elyzoé and its customers as part of the sale of its goods on the internet.

Any service performed by Elyzoé implies unconditional acceptance of the customer to these terms of sales.

Article 2.Products and Price

2.1 Products

The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented in the "Description" tab of each product. The photographs do not enter the contractual field. Elyzoé's liability can not be committed if errors were introduced. All texts and images presented on Elyzoé website are reserved, for the whole world, under copyright and intellectual property; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.

The Products offered for sale by Elyzoé are those listed on the site the day of consultation of the site by the customer within the limit of available stocks.

2.2. Price

The "Jewels" and "African Art" section of our website indicates the prices in euro (€) including taxes, excluding postage. Shipping costs appear on the screen at the end of the selection of different products by the customer.

Elyzoé reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products ordered are charged at prevailing prices at the time of the order.

The proposed rates include discounts and rebates that Elyzoé would have to provide given its results or the assumption by the purchaser of certain benefits.

Article 3.Order

The customer confirms his order by clicking on the button "Place Order" at the bottom of the "Checkout" page after accepting these terms of sales. Before this validation, the customer is systematically offered to check every element of his order; he can correct his potential mistakes.

Elyzoé confirms the order by email; this message includes all the elements of the order.

The data recorded by Elyzoé constitute proof of the nature, content and date of the order. These are archived by Elyzoé within the legal conditions and deadlines; the client can access these data by contacting the Customer Service department.

Article 4.Payment terms

Upon validation of the order, the customer is invited to choose from the following payment methods:

  1. Direct bank transfer
  2. Paypal
  3. Credit card
  4. Bancontact
  5. In any case, Elyzoé reserves the right to refuse any order or delivery in case of:

    • existing dispute with the Customer
    • total or partial non-payment of a previous order by the Customer
    • refusal to authorize payment by credit card banking organizations
    • non-payment or partial payment

    Responsibility of Elyzoé will not be in any way be engaged.

    Article 5.Right to retract

    5.1. Time limit

    The customer has a period of fourteen days, from the receipt of goods, to exercise his right to retract without any reasons or pay penalties, except, if appropriate, return fees. If the period of fourteen days expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

    In case of exercising the right to retract, the company will reimburse the Customer all sums paid as soon as possible and at the latest within fourteen days of the date on which this right was exercised.

    5.2. No right to retract

    The Customer cannot exercise his right to retract for the supply of articles made to his specifications or clearly personalized.

    5.3. Refund

    If an amount is due to the Customer, it will be refunded minus any amount the Customer would still owe at that time. Upon return, the Customer will enter his account number on the back of the delivery note. If he has not registered and we do not know his account number, the Customer will receive a voucher valid for 6 months that can be returned to Elyzoé (within the month), accompanied by the Bank account number.

    Article 6.Shipping

    6.1. Time limit

    Every product comes without warranty as to the time, except for deliveries to individuals. The deadline of delivery varies depending on their address. It is set, for an address

    • in Belgium: to the day of payment + 3 days
    • in the rest of Europe: to the day of payment + 7 days

    6.2 Shipping address

    Products ordered by the Customer will be delivered to the address given by the latter on the order form. The Customer has the opportunity to deliver the products to another address.

    In any event, the products will be delivered by regular postal services or courier. In addition, it is specified that the ownership of the Products will pass to the Customer when total payment of the invoiced price is received.
